An exhibit of works created by the Fukuoka based video production company KOO-KI is currently being held at IMS in Tenjin. The event runs until 4/20 and admission is free. KOO-KI was founded by Kan Eguchi in 1997 and has received numerous awards for its TV commercials, including a gold medal at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. It also garnered attention for the promotional video it created for Tokyo’s 2020 Olympic bid. The exhibit spans two venues, IMS Plaza and the Mitsubishi-Jisho Artium. The set of TV Nishinippon’s drama “Mentai Piriri”, whose design was supervised by Eguchi, is on display in IMS Plaza, and 300 KOO-KI commercials are being aired in the Artium.
