Michelin Guide Fukuoka-Saga-Nagasaki Edition to Publish in Summer

Michelin Japan announced on Jan. 21 the upcoming release of Michelin Guide 2019 special edition for Fukuoka, Saga and Nagasaki this summer. This will be the first inclusion of Nagasaki Prefecture to this well-known guidebook for creative and high-quality restaurants and hotels. Since the prefecture’s island areas including Tsushima, Iki and Goto are known more for its historical and cultural aspects, the release of the book can be an excellent opportunity to inform readers of food in the region. Reviewers working for the guidebook have been visiting restaurants in the three prefectures for more than a year, including places that were starred in Michelin Guide Fukuoka & Saga 2014.
