Fukuoka City’s Nagahama Yatai Street is celebrating its one-year revival with a series of limited-time events starting June 3. A giant gacha machine, standing at 1.9 meters, has been set up as part of the festivities. Seven new stalls opened last year, marking the area’s revival. During the event, for every ¥1,000 spent at any yatai, customers receive a ticket to try the “Yatai Gacha.” Prizes include limited-edition Nagahama Yatai goods and free drink coupons.
