A new anime production company, SO-DO Creative, has been established in Kitakyushu’s Kokurakita Ward. The studio aims to produce various content, with a focus on anime, while also fostering young creators in the future. The office launch event was held on March 13. Kitakyushu City continues to promote anime and manga industries as tools for regional revitalization and tourism.
