Goat milk ice cream produced by a farmer in Umi Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, has been attracting increased attention. The unique product was developed by the owner of Koyasu Farm, Takaaki Kobayashi, who won the Fukuoka Yokatoko Business Plan Contest 2018. With a vision to make it a new local specialty, he keeps 30 goats on his farm and visits various events in the prefecture to sell and promote the easy-to-digest sweets. Packaged ice cream as well as soft-serve ice cream in waffle cones are available at his food truck. Source: Makuake.com
