Fukuoka City, Japan, has reported a record number of 65 new businesses entering the city in the 2022 fiscal year, surpassing the previous year’s record of 64. This marks a two-year streak of record-breaking corporate growth. The city’s redevelopment project “Tenjin Big Bang” and ‘TEAM FUKUOKA’, an initiative to turn Fukuoka into an international financial hub, have been instrumental in this increase.
