New Industrial Park to be Built in Kikuchi
Kumamoto Prefecture will build a new industrial park in the prefectural city of Kikuchi as part of their five-year plan that starts in FY 2008. The prefecture will try to attract companies in the semiconductor industry to locate there. They anticipate spending from 2.5 to 3 billion yen on the construction. It will be completed in FY 2012.
