New “N Liner” Reserved-Seating Train Service Launches in Fukuoka

This April and May, residents and visitors of Fukuoka City can enjoy the convenience of the “N Liner,” a special train service providing reserved seating. Designed to enhance travel comfort, the service uses the 3000 series two-seater cross seats. The N Liner will operate on four specific days: April 19, May 7, 17, and 21. Each day features three departures from Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station at 21:41, 22:11, and 22:36. A flat fare of 300 yen is required, payable in cash only. Tickets are available exclusively at Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station on the day of travel, with no advance sales.

Traveling non-stop from Fukuoka (Tenjin) to Futsukaichi Station, the train will then continue making express stops until its final destination. Please note that boarding is limited to Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, with designated stops for alighting beyond Futsukaichi. Additionally, a customer feedback survey will be conducted using a QR code on the boarding passes to gather insights and improve future services. Take advantage of this limited-time service to experience improved comfort and convenience on your next trip through Fukuoka. Source: Nishi-Nippon Railroad
