Starbucks has introduced a new caramel toffee-flavored American scone to its stores. The company called out to branches throughout the country asking for new menu ideas, eventually selecting the caramel toffee scone suggested by staff at the Starbucks located in the JRJP Hakata Building, Fukuoka.
