NHK English Report on Support for Non-Japanese in Shelters
NHK World has posted a 4-minute video report on the experience of non-Japanese at The Kumamoto International Center in Kumamoto City. The center has converted itself into a shelter for foreigners affected by the earthquakes and offers support in several languages.
