Nishitetsu Plans ¥50 Bus Rides for Elementary School Students During Golden Week

Nishitetsu announced that the ¥50 bus campaign, which was popular last year, will be resumed during Golden Week. This campaign, which allows any elementary school student to ride Nishitetsu Bus Group buses for ¥50 per ride, was planned to encourage children to go outside during the major holidays. This campaign is available from April 29 to May 8 by simply telling the bus crew, “I am an elementary school student” when getting off the bus. Payment can be made in cash or with the “nimoca” transportation system IC card. In the case of “nimoca,” the difference between the fare and the regular fare will be reimbursed in points later. A digital stamp rally will be held at Tenjin, Fukuoka City Zoo, and EZO Fukuoka, and Nishitetsu hopes that this will be an opportunity to create memories with friends and family.
