A government official from Wales visited Oita Prefecture on January 29 to propose a stronger bi-regional collaboration. Robin Walker, Chief Representative of the Welsh Government in Japan, expressed his gratitude for receiving a warm welcome to the Welsh rugby team during Rugby World Cup.
