Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Ospreys at Saga Base conducted their first night flight training on September 29. The exercises, held between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., are designed to build pilot skills for nighttime operations. On the first day, multiple takeoffs and landings were carried out between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Training will also take place on September 30, initially set as a backup date, to allow more pilots to participate. Saga Base said it will work to minimize noise and environmental impact on nearby residents, agriculture, and fisheries. Source: KBC
