Picturebook Museum 2020 to be Held Online

The ‘At Home Picture Book Museum 2020′ will begin on August 14. While the annual children’s’ in-museum exhibition for 2020 was canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus, this online event welcomes people to enjoy and explore unique aspects of the world of picture books. In addition to online read aloud sessions by television announcers, there will be multiple on-device and physical workshops, virtually bread baking, making a dress, building a 100-story house out of cardboard, and more! The event hopes to nurture children’s imagination through the continued provision of opportunities to encounter many picture books, and thus open possibilities for communication.
