Pop-up restaurants will open for three months in turn between Mar. 2021 ~ Mar. 2022 on the platforms of JR Hakata Station. An empty kiosk house on Platform No. 5 and No. 6 for the Kagoshima Line. An Iizuka-based Japanese chef currently serves ramen noodles made solely with Kyushu-sourced ingredients. JR Kyushu Food Service will run the project to support local chefs and promote Kyushu foods.
