JR Kyushu confirmed 128 instances of damage to its train lines related to the recent torrential rainfall. The heavy rains caused floods at some stations, level crossings, and more facilities along fifteen lines such as the Sasebo Line and Kyudai Line. For a route in Oita Prefecture (Hita – Bungomori), buses will operate temporarily as repairs are made. Source: NHK / JR Kyushu
