Ratio Of Job Openings To Job Applicants In Fukuoka Falling

The active job openings-to-applicants ratio in Fukuoka Prefecture was 0.99 as of December 2021, falling behind 1.00 for the first time in six years and three months. The Fukuoka Labor Bureau’s monthly report indicated a 1.7% increase in the number of people seeking jobs; the number of job offers declined by 1.5% compared to the previous month. Such a tendency was significantly distinct amongst wholesalers, retailers, accommodation businesses, and food-service businesses.
