Residential Land Price Rose in Fukuoka Prefecture

On November 19, Fukuoka Prefecture announced updated standards for residential-land prices for its sixty municipalities. Twenty-six of them, including Fukuoka City (+39.8%,) Kasuga City (+48.3%), and Shime Town (46.3%,) recorded significant increases. Meanwhile, under the impact of the new coronavirus spread, some sightseeing destinations, including Yanagawa City and Dazaifu City, were amongst twenty-nine municipalities, which saw decreases. The latest prices will be used for calculations of property taxes for the next three years. Source: Fukuoka Prefecture
