Resumption of Flights between China and Korea at Fukuoka Airport Approved

As of November 6, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism approved international flights at Fukuoka International Airport from November 17. The airport, which stopped accepting arrival passengers from other countries in March, has bolstered its quarantine preparedness to prevent the new coronavirus spread. The resumption of international operation is expected to boost international business travel; however, there still is no forecast for relaxing entry restrictions for overseas tourists to Japan.
