Coming from the West Coast of USA, popular casual style clothing retailer Ron Herman opens in Fukuoka’s Kego area in April this year. The store was founded in 1976 in the US and currently has 9 stores in Tokyo and Kansai areas of Japan. The Fukuoka store will be the first Ron Herman outlet in Kyushu, and will open around the same time as a new Nagoya branch. The brand is well known for promoting the lifestyle of California through its apparel, and appeals primarily to men and women in their late twenties to forties. Average price point is around ¥35,000. In the annex of the shop, popular Tokyo-based hair salon “Beautrium” will also open its first Kyushu shop. Parking will be available for customers.
