The Saga JA Group will start exports of Saga beef, a special prefectural product, on the 29th. The beef, which will be sold under the brand name Saga Gyu, will be used in the restaurants of luxury hotels in New York City and Las Vegas. This is the second overseas destination to which Saga beef will be exported, as shipments to Hong Kong began in June 2007.
