Fukuoka City-based condo developer Seibu House plans to build a condominium for the elderly that will have offices for enterprises offering long-term care service providers, as well as what they term a “mall” consisting of medical institutions. Unlike homes for the aged that charge for their services, the condo will allow the elderly to live with their families on the premises. Sales of residential units are planned to begin in July.
