A survey by the Fukuoka and Kumamoto Regional Taxation Bureaus of inheritance taxes in the seven Kyushu prefectures for the period from July 2011 to June 2012 found an 11% year-on-year increase in the amount of undeclared taxes, or 27.8 billion yen.
