Shintencho shops will begin closing at their present locations after a thank-you ceremony on Feb. 14, 2027, as the Tenjin shopping arcade is rebuilt. About 10 stores will move temporarily to Solaria Stage in March 2027 and continue trading under the Shintencho name. Demolition is scheduled to begin around spring 2027.
