Skull Leaper Eiji, an Oita City assembly member, and masked wrestler, is protesting against the city assembly for refusing him to appear on their website and newsletters wearing his signature mask. The 52-year-old assembly member has worn his mask during his last three successful election campaigns. However, the assembly continues to prohibit him from wearing his mask at assembly meetings.
