Kitakyushu-based Starflyer Airlines will operate eight roundtrip charter flights from the Kansai Airport to the Incheon and Busan airports next spring, the company revealed. All the seats on the charters are reserved for the customers of Japanese and South Korean travel agencies. It is the first time the airline will fly international charter flights from an airport other than the one at Kitakyushu.
