A Kitakyushu based, fixed-rate service for apartment maintenance is gaining increased attention. The unique subscription service launched in 2012 attracted growing numbers of clients from across Kyushu. It allows both apartment owners and repair workers to systematize their costs and job demands for fixing malfunctions and deterioration of apartment buildings.
