Takakura Hotel announced permanent closure after it experienced a drastic decline in sales due to the impact of the new coronavirus pandemic’s impact. As explained on the hotel’s official website, the effect of the virus spread reduced the annual sales of the Watanabe-dori based hotel (including sales of meetings and banquette business) by approximately 80%.
