Nippon Professional Baseball Organization announced winners of its ‘Best Nine’ awards for the 2020 season, including three players of the Softbank Hawks. Amongst ten Pacific-League players are Takuya Kai, Yuki Yanagita, and Kodai Senga. For Yanagita, it was the fifth time to win the award, and the outfielder showed eagerness to win it again at the 2021 next season. He was also named for the league’s MVP during a ceremony on Dec. 17.
