The organizing committee for Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC), one of Japan’s major fashion events, has announced that it will hold a TGC fashion show in Kitakyushu on November 19. TGC, which aims to disseminate information on Japanese fashion to audiences overseas, began holding fashion shows in Kitakyushu as part of efforts to revitalize the city’s downtown area, but the event was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
