HEARTS Holdings has established a new travel desk in the arrivals lobby of Fukuoka Airport’s international terminal to enhance services for domestic and international travelers. Coinciding with the relaunch of airport bus services connecting Fukuoka Airport’s domestic and international terminals to central Fukuoka, the HEARTS Travel Desk offers multilingual staff to assist with ticketing, route guidance, and travel planning.
The bus service features affordable options, including a one-way fare of ¥600 to Hakata Station or Tenjin, discounted round-trip tickets for ¥1,000, and unlimited day passes for ¥1,500. A monthly commuter pass is also available for regular travelers, priced at ¥15,000 for the Hakata route and ¥20,000 for the Tenjin route. Enhanced access roads between the terminals shorten travel time, making transfers more efficient.
HEARTS Holdings plans to expand its offerings with day tours and premium transportation options, aiming to transform Fukuoka Airport into a hub for tourism and business travelers alike. The travel desk is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00, providing an essential link between Fukuoka’s airport and city center for residents and visitors. Source: HEARTS
