Mentaiko manufacturer, Yamaya, will be holding a mentaiko making day for children of elementary school or younger and their parents on Dec. 22. There will be two opportunities at 11:00 and 14:00, and 48 applicants per group will be accepted. Reservations are required. The cost is ¥500 per person.
