Twenty Emus Fled Farm in Kumamoto

Twenty emus fled from a sightseeing farm in Kumamoto Prefecture on Oct. 7. Kikuchi Emu Tourist Farm confirmed the escape of these enormous birds after they were spotted on public roads by locals. Kikuchi City began a search for birds and finally caught all of them on Oct. 10. One of the birds died after its return to the facility.  Source: FNN / News 24 / NHK
