IMD Alliance in Fukuoka City announced the opening of a premium condominium in the residential area of Yakuin for the spring of 2023. In collaboration with Tokyo-based hotel developer, Not A Hotel, IMD would build thirteen apartments (70 m2 ~ 120 m2 per unit) that could be used as hotel accommodation if private owners are not found.
