UPS Japan Launches International Cargo Flights at Kitakyushu Airport

On February 20th, UPS Japan, the Japanese arm of the American logistics giant with a network in over 220 countries and regions, launched regular international cargo flights from Kitakyushu Airport, which is aiming to become a logistics hub. This is the first time that regular flights have been launched to Kyushu, with five round trips per week between Kitakyushu Airport, Kansai International Airport, and Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport in China. The flights are expected to transport mainly products from online shopping from overseas and semiconductor products from Kyushu. Source: UPS / KBC
