On July 5, Fukuoka City will administer COVID-19 vaccinations for residents under 64 at the Chuo Wharf Cruise Center. The mayor of the city, Soichiro Takashima, told a press conference that the use of the venue to vaccinate younger residents would allow the city to give 12,000 more doses per week.
