Vietnam Airlines has announced increased flights between the cities of Fukuoka and Ho Chi Minh. Between December 24, 2019 to February 7, 2020, the number of flights per week will be gradually increased from the current four to six. The route opened in 2003 and has since been popular amongst tourists. For 2019, the company is expecting a total of 65,000 passengers for its Hanoi-Fukuoka and Ho Chi Minh-Fukuoka flights, adding 9,000 to that of the previous year. Source: Zaikai Kyushu, 10/3/2019
