Fukuyama Kurozu, the amber rice vinegar producer in the Kirishima City of Kagoshima, has developed a chocolate cake made with vinegar. The fruity aroma of vinegar-marinated blueberries creates the refreshing taste of gateau. The product will become available at the online shop soon.
