Dogan Inc. of Fukuoka City launched a new website to connect local businesses with human resources outside Kyushu. The site, Qualities, aims to introduce companies and businesspersons in Kyushu with a perspective of “non-Kyushu residents,” and attract workers interested in moving to Kyushu.
