Shared Workspace The Company Opens in Fukuoka Parco

The Company opened their second shared workspace facility in Fukuoka inside the Fukuoka Parco (Annex) on Dec. 11. This is one of the first times for a communal workspace of this kind to open inside a commercial and shopping facility in Japan. The Company is managed by Zero-Ten, a Fukuoka-based business that aims to revolutionize the way that people work. In keeping with this ethos, Zero-Ten President Jiro Enomoto described how the space will facilitate interaction and motivate those who use the premises. The Company is located on the fifth floor of Parco’s annex building and offers an impressive array of facilities, including a cafe, a recording studio (that can be rented out), a multipurpose studio, an English conversation school, as well as a variety of shared working spaces. The fixed seating plan starts from ¥59,300 (tax not included) per month and offers customers 24 hour access to the site. The premises will be open from 9:00 to 21:00 for customers on the free seating plan, which starts from ¥20,300 (tax not included) per month. An hourly rate of ¥540 is also available for those who wish to use the site’s facilities on a more temporary basis.
