Strawberry Picking Tips
Early Bird Gets the Berry: Arrive early for the freshest and most chilled strawberries, just out of the cool night air. The earlier you start, the better the selection!
Check Before You Go: To avoid disappointment, call ahead on the day to confirm berry availability and group accommodation.
Dress Smartly: Opt for comfortable, flexible clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit soiled.
Layer Up: Greenhouse temperatures can rise on sunny days, so wearing removable layers is advisable.
Size Isn’t Everything: Don’t just go for the biggest strawberries; smaller berries often pack a sweet, delicious punch.
Prep Before You Eat: Don’t forget to remove the calyx (green top) of the strawberry before enjoying it.
*Note: The information in this guide is subject to change, and opening hours may vary depending on weather conditions and the state of the strawberry crop.
