Local shops in Saitozaki are getting together for a fun weekend market. There will be around 50 tents selling Japanese and American food as well as several vintage shops. Kids can join in the events trick-or-treat Halloween parade on Saturday, Oct. 29 (Sat.). The event takes place on the grounds of the former US Air Base Brady.
