The HSBC World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series KITAKYUSHU will be held at the Mikuni World Stadium Kitakyushu on Apr. 22 and Apr. 23. This is the first time that Japan will host a leg of the world’s top sevens competition and also the first international competition held at the Mikuni Stadium. Compared to the 15-person version, sevens has short, fast paced matches, making it a great watch for newcomers to rugby. And with Japan appearing as hosts, this is a fantastic chance to experience the “Sakura Sevens” battle it out against 11 of the top rugby nations in the world.
