This two-day event will celebrate gourmet gibier (French for ‘game’) in Japan. Over 40 organizations from all over the country are converging on Tenjin Chuo Park to celebrate open season. So try deer, wild boar, duck and more at this event, or trot along to the 3rd Fukuoka Gibier Fair (2/14 ~ 3/13) – a festival during which 42 restaurants sell dishes featuring game.
