Uochu, a purveyor of seafood set meals, is the sister shop of gourmet izakaya Tanakada. The set meals feature a main dish of seafood—Uochu procures its seafood twice a day—and come with rice, miso soup, and an appetizer. (Rice refills are free!) Whether you are on your own or with family, the modern Japanese interior is welcoming, and you can expect Tanakada’s trademark high-quality food and service. We recommend the zeitaku-don—a bowl of rice topped with greater amberjack, salmon, sea bream, sea urchin, salmon roe, tuna red meat, rolled egg, and okra.
Menu: Zeitaku-don (deluxe rice bowl) ¥1,780 (half ¥980), sashimi platter ¥980, tempura and sashimi set ¥1,680, sea urchin and salmon roe rice bowl ¥2,580, Kuroge Wagyu sukiyaki rice bowl ¥980, draft beer ¥540, sake ¥580~
Happy hour (Mon.~Thu. 17:00~22:00, Fri. 17:00~22:30): Sweet potato shochu of the day ¥380→¥190, Suntory Kaku highball ¥480→¥240
*Cash only / No smoking inside / Same-day reservations possible
