From Oct. 30, 2016 to Mar. 25, 2017, Japanese airline StarFlyer will offer discounted one-way tickets for foreign tourists. For example, one-way flights between the Fukuoka and Chubu regions will be only ¥7,000. One-way flights between Haneda and Kitakyushu, Fukuoka and Ube will be ¥9,000. Tickets must be purchased from the StarFlyer website, and the customer must bring his/her passport and plane ticket info proving his/her arrival and departure dates to/from Japan. Tickets are available until one day before departure date. Reservations cannot be changed or refunded. StarFlyer Inc. expects 3,500 people to take advantage of these discounted fares.
