Chari Chari Share Bicycles Announce Price Hike

Chari Chari bicycle share service announced its first price hike. Beginning on May 18, bicycle rental fees will be raised from the current ¥4/min. to ¥6/min. Revenue from the new fees will be used to introduce electric-assisted bicycles in the summer of 2021. Also, Chari Chari plans to introduce 800 more bikes with new baskets from May. More drop stations will open in Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City, in August, too. Source: Nikkei / KBC
