New Bakery Cafe “dacō” Opens in Fukuoka

Fukuoka’s renowned bakery, “AMAM DACOTAN,” is launching a new brand “dacō” on July 18 in Imaizumi, Fukuoka. Led by owner-chef Ryota Hirako, dacō offers a unique bakery cafe experience focused on freshly made products.
dacō features bite-sized breads, available in about 40 varieties, served freshly baked or reheated to perfection. Additionally, the cafe introduces an extensive menu of around 30 specialty drinks. This innovative concept aims to provide a luxurious and enjoyable dining experience. The new Fukuoka location prioritizes dine-in services, offering a space to relax and enjoy their gourmet bread and drinks. Standout menu items include the “Fresh Melon Pan” and “dacō Burger,” alongside original drinks like the “Mix Berry Dacogurt” and “Espresso Soda.” Located at 2-5-23-1F Imaizumi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka, open 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
