Kitakyushu City has launched “Woman Will Kitakyushu,” a project aimed at gathering insights from women to make the city more attractive and retain its younger female population. On August 19, an exchange session was held where 20 women aged 18-30 shared their views with Mayor Kazuhisa Takeuchi. The project will continue with workshops to generate ideas for city improvements.
