Two Mongolian Men Arrested For Illegal Entry Via Cruise Ship Rope

Two Mongolian nationals were arrested for illegally entering Japan by climbing down a mooring rope from a cruise ship docked in Hakata Port in February. The pair, who left their passports on board, were last seen scaling a fence and fleeing. After over four months in hiding, they voluntarily reported to immigration authorities in Fukuoka on June 24.
